Terms of Service

Please read and agree to the Terms of Service before commissioning.

✿ GENERAL ✿

  1. I only accept commissions based on original characters owned or fully authorized by the client.

  2. I do not create fursuits based on stolen, copied, or unauthorized designs.

  3. While I will do my best to review submitted designs, I may not always be able to verify their originality.

  4. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have the rights to use the design, and I am not responsible for any issues related to design ownership or copyright disputes.

✿ PAYMENT ✿

  1. All payments must be made via PayPal (for buyer and seller protection) or Alipay.

  2. I do not accept installment payments.

  3. For full fursuit commissions:A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot.The remaining 50% balance + shipping cost must be paid before shipment.

  4. For partial items and accessories:Full payment is required upfront before work begins.

✿ WORK ✿

  1. I will provide progress updates with photos at key stages throughout the production process, so you can follow along as your piece comes to life.

  2. You are welcome to request adjustments during these stages.However, all revision requests must be clearly described and supported with visual references.Please note that any additional changes may incur extra costs, including material fees and additional labor time, which will be the responsibility of the client.

  3. Major design changes are not supported once production has begun.If you wish to significantly alter the original design during the process, an additional fee of up to 80% of the total commission price will be required.

✿ SHIPPING ✿

  1. Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been completed.

  2. Estimated shipping costs for full fursuits typically range between $200–$500 USD, depending on the final size and weight of the package.

  3. The commission quote does not include shipping, and the exact shipping cost will be calculated after the fursuit is completed.

  4. For standalone accessories, shipping is usually free.

  5. Once the package has been shipped, I am not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

✿ Refunds & Cancellations ✿

  1. Due to the custom nature of all items, all sales are final and no refunds or returns are accepted.

  2. For commission work, once the 50% deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable.

  3. If you decide to cancel your commission after making the deposit, the payment will be retained to cover time, materials, and work already committed.

✿ Final Payment Deadline ✿

  1. The remaining balance must be paid within 2 weeks after the commission is completed.

  2. If the payment is delayed, a late fee of 0.5% of the total commission price per week will be applied.This late fee will be added to the final invoice.

How to Order

  2. Then, send your character design and commission request via email:[email protected]

✿ Payment & Slot Reservation ✿

  1. Once all details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your slot.

  2. I accept PayPal / Alipay.

  3. After successful payment, your order will be placed in the queue.

✿ Waiting Queue ✿

  1. After the deposit is paid, your commission will enter the waiting list.

  2. Please note that I do not accept rush orders.

✿ Measurements (if required) ✿

  1. You will need to send your DTD (duct tape dummy) for full fursuit commissions.Shipping costs for sending the DTD are covered by the client.

  2. For heads or paws only, a DTD is not required.

✿ Production Begins ✿

  1. When your turn comes, production will begin.

  2. I will provide updates at key stages and communicate with you throughout the process to confirm important details.

✿ Final Payment ✿

  1. Once the commission is completed, you will need to pay the remaining 50% balance + shipping cost.

  2. Your order will be shipped after full payment is received.

✿ Shipping & Delivery ✿

  1. I ship worldwide, typically using FedEx or USPS.

  2. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.A tracking number will be provided once your package has been shipped.

Second:Choose the version you want.*Please note that the two versions have different ranges of finger furs.

Third: Choose the color of the meat pad.

Fourth: Choose the color of finger fur.

Fifth: Choose the color of palm fur.*It should be noted that the first color card fur is short, the length of the fur is staggered, and the feel is toughness;
the second color card fur is long, the length of the fur is consistent, and the feel is soft.
